Unit 1 consists of a Queen Bed, and also a 'click clack' sofa (on request/booking this can be made into a bed with extra mattress support, and is suitable for 1 Adult/Teenager, or 2 small children) 

Total Occupancy of this unit is 4 people (Maximum adult capacity is 3)
A porta-cot and highchair are also available for this room on request. 

A kitchenette, including a kettle and toaster, front load washing machine and wifi are also included.

Coffee, Sugar, a selection of Teas, Biscuits/Sweets and Fresh Milk is supplied.

Secure MTB storage is available via locked gates in the courtyard.
